Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SolVault ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SolVault for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software code contained on the Service
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
  • Removing any proprietary notices or labels on the materials

3. Non-Custodial Nature

SolVault is a non-custodial service. You retain full control of your private keys and digital assets. SolVault never has access to your private keys. All transactions are initiated by you and require your explicit signature.

4. DeFi Risk Disclosure

By using SolVault, you acknowledge and accept the following risks inherent to decentralized finance (DeFi):

  • Smart Contract Risk: SolVault interacts with third-party smart contracts (e.g., Jupiter, Marinade, Jito) that may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities or bugs that could result in loss of funds.
  • Impermanent Loss: Providing liquidity to decentralized pools may result in impermanent loss, where the value of your deposited assets decreases relative to simply holding them.
  • Oracle & Price Feed Failures: Token prices displayed on SolVault are sourced from third-party APIs and on-chain oracles. These may experience delays, inaccuracies, or outages that could affect trading decisions.
  • Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory landscape for DeFi and digital assets is evolving. Changes in laws or regulations may restrict or prohibit certain features of the Service in your jurisdiction.
  • Network Congestion: The Solana blockchain may experience congestion, outages, or increased transaction fees that could delay or prevent transaction execution.
  • Token Risk: Tokens traded through the Service may lose all value, be delisted, or turn out to be fraudulent. SolVault does not endorse or vouch for any token listed via third-party aggregators.

SolVault is not a financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

5. Fee Disclosure

SolVault charges the following fees for use of the Service:

  • Reclaim Fee: 2% of recovered SOL rent when closing empty token accounts via the Wallet Scanner.
  • Swap Fee: 0.25% (25 basis points) on token swaps, collected via Jupiter referral integration.
  • Automation Premium: Some automated order flows may include an additional 0.10% premium when server-side monitoring and fill infrastructure are used.
  • Wallet Scanning: Free — no fee is charged for scanning your wallet for reclaimable accounts.

All fees are deducted automatically as part of the transaction and are visible before you sign. Fees are subject to change with notice posted on this page. Solana network transaction fees (paid to validators) are separate and not controlled by SolVault.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on SolVault are provided on an 'as is' basis. SolVault makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall SolVault or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SolVault, even if SolVault or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SolVault could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Market data, wallet classifications, token intelligence, and AI-generated summaries may be delayed, incomplete, cached, heuristic, or inaccurate. SolVault does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. SolVault may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

9. Links

SolVault integrates with and links to third-party providers, data sources, and block explorers. SolVault is not responsible for the contents, uptime, privacy practices, pricing, or execution guarantees of any such linked or integrated site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SolVault of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

10. Modifications

SolVault may revise these terms of service for our Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
